LEA has 8 Ampomators, 7 Komax, 6 Artos cutting machines, and a Schleuniger.

We have the capacity to cut, strip, and terminate over 1,000,000 wires per day, in a single shift. We use SPC (Statistical Process Control) effectively to improve the quality and consistency of every wire cut at our facility. 

Our newest Komax Wire Processing Equipment automatically checks each termination as the terminal is crimped on to the wire. 

With over 300 terminal applicators on site and an in-house tooling shop and testing center, LEA has the ability to cut strip and terminate any wire/terminal/seal configuration.
